Q: How soon can I start?
A: Group Classes and One-On-One private training with all students will begin on Nov 1st, 2022.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?
A: No.  All you need to sign is a waiver.

Q: How long are the boxing classes?
A: 1 hour.  Sometimes we might go over 10-15 mins if we spar.

Q: How long is a One-0n-One boxing training session?
A: 1 hour

Q: How much are boxing privates?  How much is the 10 block training package?
A: $125 an hour, or save by buying a block of 10 privates for $1,000.

Q: An emergency came up, and I need to cancel my training session.
A: Just look at the online schedule and see what slot is available for the next day.  You MUST give me a 24 hour cancellation notice.   Failure to do so will result in you losing that credit for that scheduled session.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Check out the link schedule to see what classes are being offered.  Contact me personally for private training. A liability waiver that must be filled out before we can begin before group classes or one-on-one boxing training

Q: What will I need to start?
A: Wear comfortable gym clothes and shoes. You will need your own hand wraps and gloves. I can recommend hand wraps and gloves for you to purchase online or at a sports equipment store.

Q: Do you train people under the age of 18?
A: Absolutely!

***Anyone under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the full duration of the private training session.***

Q: How many times can I train per week?
A: Right now I only have 3 boxing classes a week in the evening.  I will eventually add 1 or 2 morning boxing classes if there is demand for it.

Q: Do you teach any other types of martial arts or offer personal strength training?
A: Yes I do.  I also teach several Gracie Jiu-Jitsu® programs.  I teach Gracie Combatives®, Gracie Bullyproof®, and the Master Cycle®.

Q: Do I need to be in good physical shape to begin training?
A: Absolutely not! The best time to start your journey is right now! My Beginner Programs are designed to lay a strong foundation of technique and conditioning. Whether you’re a beginner or you’ve had previous experience, you will progress at the pace that is right for you. All new students are guided through a basic training routine that is modified to fit each individuals needs.

Q: Can I spar?
A: You can spar ONLY if you’re registered with USA Boxing as an athlete.   You must wear a mouthpiece, headgear, and groin protector.  No exceptions.
